TERMS OF SERVICE

We offer a warranty for our tire and trim treatment services. The warranty guarantees that the treatment will exist on the vehicle for at least 2 years from the date of service. This means that we will warranty the tire and trim treatment as long as the original paying customer is in ownership of the tire and/or vehicle. Should a defect occur to the tire or trim during the two-year period we will provide a new treatment service free of charge. Exposure to harsh washing, harsh abrasive contact, washing with non-soft materials, etc. will void the warranty.

We offer pricing packages that cover one set of tires (4) only and also 2 sets. If purchasing the 2nd set price package, treatment of the 2nd set may apply to future tire purchase or existing tires on a 2nd car. Both vehicles must be at the same location.

We enjoy working with commercial customers. "Terms of Service" will be included as part of our mutual contract.

Everything we do is to provide the customer with a quality experience. Components of quality include the chemistry of the treatment, communication of information, scheduling, on-site treatment, cleanliness of the work site, and customer satisfaction post-treatment.

We accept cash and most credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER). The following are not accepted at this time: American Express, PayPal, and personal checks. Payment is expected at time of completion of the tire treatment.

We offer mobile service as a convenience to our customers. Due to the high price of gas, we offer service free-of-charge within the general San Diego area. We reserve the right to add a surcharge to outlying areas.

We offer 7-day service. This means weekdays and weekends. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

From time to time, we offer promotions for customer referrals. Ask us about promotions at time of treatment scheduling.
